In France, to promote the quality of cancer care, decisions have currently to be made according to clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) during regularly organized multidisciplinary staff meetings (MSMs). Dissemination of textual CPGs has a poor impact on clinical practice as opposed to the use of clinical decision support systems (CDSSs) known to improve compliance with CPGs.

Phase 2 study aiming to assess the protective effect of mangafodipir against the oxaliplatine neuropathy.Population: Cancer patient who have a mild (grade 2) oxaliplatin neuropathy and in whom the continuation of oxaliplatin for at least 4 infusions is desirable will be include, whatever the location of the primitive tumor and the use of others anticancer agents.Treatment: Mangafodipir (0.5 ml/kg) is administered as a 30 minutes infusion just after each administration of oxaliplatin.

The aim of the study is to evaluate a treatment of shoulder capsulitis that associates ARTHRO distension and intensive mobilisation at 2, 6, 12, 26 and 52 weeks. It is a bicentric 48-month (inclusion: 36 months; follow up: 12 months) observer blind randomised clinical trial using 2 groups in parallel. The number of patients to be included is 58. The treatment that is evaluated associates ARTHRO distension followed by mobilisation of the shoulder 6 hours per day during 5 days, and then sessions of physiotherapy for 4 weeks.

In the obese patient population, the frequency of patients presenting a severe morbid obesity (45 >= BMI <= 50), a super obesity (BMI >50), a super super obesity (BMI>60), and obese patients (BMI>40) with a failure of gastric banding is constantly increasing. In these patients, the surgery risk is proportionate to the weight and / or gastric surgery records. This risk is high, in bariatric surgery, for gastric bypass procedure.

This study is a prospective, multicenter, multinational, randomized, active-control arm trial. The study population consists of subjects with ST-segment elevation MI who are randomized within 24 hours of symptom onset. Subjects presenting between 12 and 24 hours of symptom onset should present with recurrent or persisting chest pain and/or recurrent or persisting ST elevation suggesting ongoing ischemia, and an indication of primary PCI. Approximately 850 subjects will be enrolled at approximately 50 sites in several countries including Austria, France, Germany and the United States.

Comparing two forms of non-drug treatment of fibromyalgia: "Information" (an information group session on the fibromyalgia management modalities) versus "Plurifocal educational program " (intensive group program of 8 weeks, including, in addition to the briefing, measures and exercises for the implementation of the principles of managing fibromyalgia, and cognitive-behavioral therapy).

Phlebography is the gold standard for the diagnosis of asymptomatic catheter related thrombosis but can not be performed in about 15% of patients because of arm swelling and lack of superficial veins. Echography doppler is an easy, cheap and atraumatic way to make the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis. The value of echography doppler has been proven for the diagnosis of symptomatic deep venous thrombosis of lower and upper limbs and for the diagnosis of proximal asymptomatic lower limbs.

Malnutrition in the elderly causes an important public health problem because their response to re nutrition is highly decreased. Several experimental studies have shown that an amino acid named citrulline could avoid this, by restoring protein synthesis. The treated group will receive each morning for three weeks a supplementation of 10 g of citrulline and the control group, non essential amino acids in iso-nitrogenous quantity to the 10g of citrulline. During the three weeks of supplementation, clinical tolerance and physical exercise will be evaluated regularly.
